A MINISTRY OF CHRISTIAN LOVE IN ACTION Jesus Christ's last words to his Church before he ascended up into Heaven was the command to preach his Gospel to every nation. The Apostle James preached to the Christians to be a part of the answer to one's prayers. These two statements sum up the core of the very reason for the existence of the Christian denomination/fellowship and ministry of Because of Calvary, Inc.
MISSION STATEMENT
Because of Calvary, Inc preaches and teaches to major in the majors and minor in the minors. We recognize any person that believes and accepts Jesus as their only means of salvation and also agrees with the Cardinal doctrines of the Christian faith as part of the body of Christ on Earth, which is His Church.
We strongly discourage divisions between the Christians due to peripheral doctrines. These are the doctrines that have nothing to do with salvation.
We allow our ministers to hold credentials with other Christian denominations that believe the Cardinal doctrines of Christian orthodoxy and that do not conflict with the Constitution and Bylaws of Because of Calvary, Inc. We require each of our ministers to belong to, and volunteer for, non profit and civic organizations that address the needs for the disadvantaged citizens of their local communities.
We credential ministers who will represent our beliefs and philosophy
of Christian ministry in their own local communities which is being
a doer of the Word of God. We accomplish this by stressing the individual's
responsibilty to his or her own community by encouraging volunteerism
with other separate 501c3 organizations in the community of their
residence which works toward the betterment of society.
501(C)3 CERTIFICATION
Because of Calvary, Inc received it's certification by the Internal
Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 "not for profit" organization.
This means that your financial gifts to us are tax deductible as
a charitable gift.
